My First Easter

How Exciting! I just learned about this new holiday which allows me to get more toys and gifts in a basket and I'm told that when I have teeth (whatever those are) I will get a big chocolate foil wrapped bunny that I can eat...yummy!!! Also mommy mentioned to daddy when they thought I was napping that I will have to visit the Easter bunny for pictures next year. Hmmm...could be interesting.
I spent the morning of my first Easter at my GG, Grandma and Grandpa's house. Mommy and daddy met us at the Carson Valley Inn for brunch. Smelling all the food made me want a bottle so mommy had to wait before loading up her plate to make sure my belly was full. My GG started letting me smell food that she eats. She read it will awaking my sense of smell, so I was able to get a whiff of bacon, biscuits, ham, and eggs.
I was pretty tired after a long morning and seeing so many people. My GG tried to walk me around the CVI in my travel stroller, but I didn't like it. My mommy picked me up and she was so snuggly and warm I decided to take a cat nap.
I got some great Easter gifts. I got an Easter sleeper and I decided to pee on it before I could wear it for more than the above picture. I got stuffed toys. One is a big duck that quacks out songs, as well as, three new little stuffed friends...those are from NoNo and Grammie. I got a stuffed blue bunny from my Great Grandma Joyce and I got a Longaberger Easter basket filled with a toy phone, outfit, sunglasses, yellow bunny and a little stuffed man.
The weather my first Easter stunk. We had to leave Carson City early because it was snowing. It snowed at my house the entire day. By the time I woke up the next day we had mountains of snow. My daddy didn't like it. My doggie Munckin ran around in it and then came in the house and shook if off herself.
It was an exciting day. I can't wait for the next holiday!
