I'm Leaving the Nest

My mommy has decided to go back to work full-time and that means that I now go to Sierra Vista Children's Academy in Carson City. I get to play with a lot of kids my age in a little house that became a daycare.
I was getting too heavy and a lot of work for my GG to watch more than two days, and Gretchen couldn't watch me more than two days a week. There was nobody left to pick up the fifth day, so mommy and daddy decided instead of driving me to a different person each day all over the Northern Nevada area I would go to SVCA. It comes a lot sooner than I had planned to go to daycare, but after a tearful good-bye at Gretchen's and missing my GG, I'm moving out of the nest and into the land of big kids at SVCA. That means learning a lot, but also possibly getting more colds. Guess you have to take the good with the bad.
So far so good!
I love it because my mommy is so close and she comes to visit me atleast two times a day. In fact, I think she might be ruining my mojo with some of the cute girls in my class. Nobody wants to be known as a mama's boy! I have a little friend Ben and I have nice people taking care of me, and I'm really happy when I get home at nights. My parents are hoping that SVCA is a short stop to the facility they would really like me to be at up in Reno. This change came up suddenly, but we all seem to be handling it well.
After my first day at SVCA I came home and played with my doggie! My daddy snapped these shots. Finally my mommy isn't the only one stalking me with the camera.
