Punkin Patch!
I love to say the word pumpkin but it comes out more like punkin, so today when I heard we would be going to a pumpkin patch I was so excited and kept saying punkin patch, punkin patch. My mommy and daddy took me in the late afternoon today to the pumpkin patch right down the street from us. It was fun, but very bright, and I was squinting in a lot of the pictures. I really wanted to go in the bounce houses, but unfortunately I'm still too small...boo! They had lots of stuff for kids just a little bit older than me. Including, a haunted house. I had a lot of fun looking at the pumpkins and all the other kids. I even got a balloon to carry around. At one point I was sitting on the pumpkins to see what one I really wanted. I had to get a good feel for each pumpkin. I was also trying to lift them, but they are much heavier than I thought they would be. I decided on two large pumpkins and three mini pumpkins. Each mini-pumpkin I was able to pick out and place in the wagon by myself. I tried to help my daddy pull our wagon, but got tired and decided I wanted to ride in it.
This is the beginning of a special time of year. My birthday and the holidays. Oh, have I mentioned that I'm going to be a monkey for Halloween? I know two other little guys who are going to be monkeys as well. If we find two more we could have our own Five Silly Monkey group!
